The International Gastronomy Association has confirmed the rising reputation of Montréal chefs on the international scene. Montréal cuisine is eclectic and flavourful, a reflection of the city’s cultural and ethnic diversity. Dining at one of the city’s many outdoor terraces is a longstanding Montréal tradition. After which the Montréal nightlife takes over until the early morning hours, with nightclubs, bars and concert venues.
