Mandate of the Board of Directors
It is the mandate of the Board of Directors to ensure that the Palais (Société) is managed in compliance with the provisions of its constitution and by-laws.
In that respect, the board establishes regulations and approves the principal operational direction, strategies and policies of the Palais. In addition, the board approves compensation standards and scales and other employment conditions of management and non-unionized personnel, according to the parameters determined by the government.
The board approves the strategic plan, budgets as well as the annual financial statements of the Palais.
