Ambassador's Club

Created in 1985, the Club brings together influential and dynamic men and women who, through their professional activities and associative involvements, have been instrumental in bringing one or several large-scale events to the Palais. The members of the Ambassadors' Club attract the ear of decision makers worldwide as they strive to advocate the city and the Palais as a premier convention and exhibit destination. They sit on selection committees, which also enables them to play an active role in advancing the Palais' reputation among influential circles all over the globe.

Nearly 250 Ambassadors have been appointed since 1985. The Parcours de la renommée walk of fame timelines the major events the Palais has hosted since 1983. Its red stones are engraved with the names of major international conventions and their Ambassadors, tracing the exceptional contribution of these leading experts in their field toward generating significant intellectual spinoffs, as well as economic spinoffs estimated at almost $2.8 billion, for Montréal and the province. Literally a walk through time, the Parcours immortalizes over 1,000 conventions.
