Stéphane Paquin Stéphane Paquin is a senior lecturer at the ENAP Public Administration University, where he holds the Canada Research Chair in International and Comparative Political Economy. An observer during free trade negotiations between Canada and the European Union, he was also a member of UQAM's centre for integration and globalization studies and the CRIDAQ centre for interdisciplinary research on Québec's diversity.
