Dr Suong Hoa Dr Suong V. Hoa has been a full professor at the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at Concordia University since 1986. He was also Chair of the Department for 9 years from 1994-2000 and 2003-2006. He has been working on composites for the past 32 years (since 1979). He established the Concordia Centre for Composites at Concordia University in 1993 and has been the director of the Centre ever since. He was recognized as a Concordia University research fellow in 2001. He has been appointed a Concordia University research chair from 2011 until 2015.
