Executive Chef of Capital Traiteur Inc., exclusive caterer of the Palais des congrès de Montréal, Wahed Naja oversees all food services, from intimate dinners for a few guests to banquets for 6,000 people.

The world-renowned chef is in charge of creating menus, establishing budgets and overseeing quality control of all dishes prepared in Palais kitchens. A great promoter of locally grown products, Chef Naja creates menus that feature fresh, healthy and in-season products that are the hallmark of the top-quality food services provided at the Palais des congrès de Montréal.

Chef Naja joined the Palais kitchens in 1996 after working for major international hotels in Germany, Spain, France, the Czech Republic, Morocco and elsewhere in Canada. After joining the Hilton International hotel chain, he received distinctions in both Québec and abroad.

Chef Naja has more than four decades of cooking experience.
