Jacinthe Mauger Director of Human Resources Head of the Human Resources department since 1993, Jacinthe Mauger is responsible for ensuring that human resources activities are planned according to the organization’s development strategies, operational realities and performance. Joining the Palais when it opened in 1983, Jacinthe Mauger began her career at the Palais as Assistant Manager of Human Resources where she actively participated in the development and application of HR management policies, programs and regulations. Her prior experience includes HR positions at Télé-Métropole, in the health care system and in the printing sector. A graduate of Collège Maisonneuve, with specialization in administration, Jacinthe Mauger is a member of two professional orders for human resources consultants: the Ordre des conseillers en resources humaines agréés du Québec and the Ordre des conseillers en relations industrielles agréés du Québec. She is also a member of the Association sur l’accès et la protection de l’information, an association concerned with information access and protection.
