The Palais is also accessibility friendly, capable of accommodating individuals with special needs and featuring a wide range of assistive services adapted for people with reduced mobility, visual or hearing disabilities.
For shuttle service and deliveries, two indoor terminals are dedicated for shuttle buses dropping off delegates, and the indoor loading dock can service a dozen 53 ft. (16 m) delivery trucks at once.
