We’ve thought of everything to simplify the delivery of your equipment to the Palais: a sheltered wait station capable of accommodating up to a dozen 53 ft. (16 m) delivery trucks at once; 18 docking stations with levellers that can handle multiple deliveries simultaneously to prevent delays; freight elevators and forklifts; plus warehouse space spanning 20 500 sq. ft. (1 905 m2). When needed, we can arrange to have your delivery truck access your exhibition hall directly.

Customs brokerage and transportation
The Palais des congrès de Montréal is licensed by the Canada Border Services Agency to receive goods “in bond,” thus serving as a customs clearance point. We also work with our official customs broker and transportation provider Livingston Event Logistics to further accelerate procedures at Canadian border crossings. Livingston delivers the personalized service exhibitors expect from a small company, backed by the extensive resources, technology support and international network of Canada’s largest customs and transportation services provider. They look after the clearance of your exhibit material upon arrival and if necessary, ensure return delivery of your material to the appropriate destination at the close of your event. They also assign staff to the exhibition site at the beginning and close of the event to provide assistance.
